Despite the introduction of the "NEW severance payments" in 2003, the old severance pay system is still an issue for many employers. Retirements, company transfers or closures often place high demands on the liquidity of a company. The severance pay provision offers tailor-made financing concepts, the characteristics of which are adapted to the requirements of employers. The expenditures are transparent and are therefore predictable, liquidity shortages can be avoided by distributing the cost over individual financial years.
