THE COMPANY PENSION PLAN FROM WIENER STÄDTISCHE
Direct benefits are an excellent way of granting individual employees or groups of employees a special benefit.
Instead of a salary increase or special recognition you can fund a company pension for selected employees or for yourself as the managing director. The corresponding liabilities are secured as reinsurance policies in the Wiener Städtische pensions.
Your benefits
The direct benefits are tax deductible. There are no wage costs to be paid. For the beneficiary, the direct benefits only become taxable after many years at the time of payment.
You choose:
- to whom you wish to grant a direct benefit,
- whether you wish to lay the foundation with a single premium at the time when the benefit is granted or as regular premium payments, and
- which pension you wish to provide for the respective employees, for example old age pension, disability pension, widows and/or orphans pension to make provision for the future of surviving family members
The capital can be secured for the beneficiaries by pledging the rights from the insurance contract. Even if the company goes bankrupt, this capital cannot be accessed by third parties.
