Our full-service app provides information and rapid assistance for emergencies, including losses due to severe weather, fire, burglary and motor vehicle damage. It also includes an exclusive healthcare service for all users, providing advice on illnesses, medications and laboratory results, and recommendations of doctors and hospitals. There are also tips and instructions for first aid, SOS functions for optimally starting the rescue process, and advice on preventing break-ins and theft.
In addition to timely location-based warnings for storms, hail and other severe weather, our WetterService Plus app also provides international weather information as an additional feature. The WetterService Plus app was enhanced in cooperation with ZAMG, Austria's central institution for meteorology and geodynamics.
Customers can also use our SMS claims information system. Upon request, three notifications will be sent to customers to keep them up-to-date on a claim: when the claim is registered, the payment has been made, and during final processing. This ensures that customers receive comprehensive, up-to-date information.
Our EventService app offers information on a wide variety of sporting and cultural events that receive support from Wiener Städtische, such as the Erste Bank Open, Vienna Capitals and the Salzburg Winterfest.
In addition, our Service Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you need it. Wiener Städtische customers can therefore rely on receiving fast, efficient processing and payment. Our many assistance packages also ensure immediate assistance when something happens – such as coverage for a vehicle breakdown under your motor vehicle insurance, or under your household insurance if you lock yourself out and need a locksmith.
